With over 35 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management, Tim Rodger specialises in handling a wide range of critical areas, including equal employment complaints, bullying and harassment investigations, performance management, staff discipline processes, and termination procedures. Recognising a gap in the industry, Tim seized the opportunity to address the lack of professionals in these specialised fields, ensuring expert guidance and resolution for organisations facing complex HR challenges.

Tim brings a wealth of qualifications and experience to Abacus Investigations, including:
- Certificate IV in Government Investigations
- Certificate III in Investigative Services
- Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (including managing staff issues and dealing with difficult people) from Charles Sturt University
